About the Role

We are searching for an RPA Developer to join our team and make the most of working in a fun environment while learning from the best.

Role Responsibilities

• Work with business teams to capture requirements/ requests for analysis and work towards systematic implementation of requirements into automation workflows
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve the process by leveraging automation
• Setup & architect the entire automation landscape within the organization
• Design, develop & maintain intelligent automation solutions
• Evaluate various solution implementation options & suggest the best option backed up by rationale
• Explore & implement automation options beyond UiPath based on business needs

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

Years of Experience: 8+  years

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer science, Computer/ IT engineering, or equivalent

Essential

• Total of 8+ years of experience in programming & minimum 5 years of experience in UiPath Robotic Process Automation End2End implementation (Design, Develop, Test, Deploy & Maintain)
• Should be able to independently develop &/or configure automated processes using UiPath to meet business partner’s end-to-end needs
• Should have experience working on automation involving multiple platforms web apps, web services, desktop tools, Citrix-based apps, Mainframes, ERP/CRM
• Knowledge of Low-Code development platforms like Mendix /Power Apps, etc.,
• Experience in the full project lifecycle, including technical design, development, testing, defect fixing, and post-implementation support in UiPath
• Ability to understand the business context, design new processes & automate the same.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand and interpret business processes along with strong business acumen
• Proactive and communicative personality with excellent time management
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• UiPath Certified.
• Good working knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies/Value Stream Mapping preferred (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma).

Desirable

Having business analysis skills, trained &/or certified as ECBA/CCBA or equivalent

Understanding of Google Cloud Platforms
