Job Title: Manager - Display Advertising

Location: Pune (Kharadi)– Hybrid Working Model

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital advertising strategies & campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions through display and paid social media channels.
  • Manage Global Google Ads campaigns, including display, performance max, video ads & dynamic remarketing ads to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and manage advertising KPI’s & budgets effectively, allocating resources to campaigns based on performance and objectives.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Understand and manage and review technical setup of ad accounts (e.g. tags, product feeds, pixels, GA linking, etc.).
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking, event tracking, and other tracking mechanisms using Google Tag Manager to accurately measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Global & Cross-functional teams
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize ad creative, targeting, and messaging for improved performance.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for targeting opportunities, campaign structuring, bid strategies and other channel best practices to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and initiatives.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with our goals.
  • Keep abreast of online marketing industry trends and developments.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

 

Qualifications & Skills required :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. MBA is a Plus
  • Proven experience in display marketing with proficiency in managing moderate to large-scale Google Display & Paid Social media budgets.
  • Experience working with display and paid social platforms such as Google Display Network, DV360, Criteo, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Google Analytics, Lookerstudio and internal reporting tools.
  • Experience with Dynamic Remarketing Ads is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a Global & cross-functional team environment.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing techniques, including audience targeting, bid optimization, and campaign automation.
  • Attention to detail and confidence to make decisions
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
