Job Title: Lead Network Engineer ( ZScaler & SD- Wan )

Location: Pune


About the Role:

We are looking for a Lead network engineer at Pune location who can help us in day-to-day global operational activities with regards to Network Operation team.
Work closely under guidance and direction of Team Seniors/Manager for day-to-day tasks. Ensure to respond to customer tickets within the published Service Level

Role Responsibilities:



  • Handson on Zero trust network (Zscaler)
  • Experience with Zscaler modules listed below

       1. ZIA

       2. ZPA
       3. ZDX

  • Setting up the Privileges Access portal and the Browser Access portal
  • Identifying and troubleshooting Zscaler-related issues.
  • Configuring Firewall control and URL/cloud App control policies in ZIA
  • Setting up SIPA policies in ZPA
  • Good knowledge of the Versa SD-WAN technology
  • Installing, configuring, testing, and deploying SDWAN infrastructure.
  • Maximizing network performance by monitoring and troubleshooting network on protocols like BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, HSRP, STP etc.
  • Scheduling firmware upgrades for Devices.
  • Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity, and scalability.
  • Following ITIL process like change management and incident management
  • Managing most Critical Incidents on a Network.
  • Working on Ticketing tool for resolving network tickets.
  • Maintain complete technical documentation.


About You


  • You have experience of Zscaler (ZPA, ZIA, ZDX)
  • You should work and setup SDWAN technology.
  • You have to expert in Routing, Switching and Wi-fi.
  • You have experience in Firewalls (Cisco Firepower, ASAv, Fortigate and Checkpoint).
  • You have knowledge of network design and infrastructure.
  • You would like to work on Cloud networking.
  • Having a good command of English is important; collaboration is important in our day to day work, so being able to communicate your ideas and understand others is key.


    Education: Bachelors/Master’s degree
    Flexibility: Ready to work beyond working hours if required (outages,maintenance, service interruption).
