About the Role

 

Enable and expedite the adoption of marketing technology tools across Research Marketing by advocating a data-driven approach to campaign architecture and endorsing automation best practice principles.

Engage with Client requirements/business rules and ensure alignment with the development team. Translate requirements into over 10+ different deliverables such as user stories in TDD/BDD approach, workflow diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams and use case writing. Conduct 4+ levels of testing including functional, regression, user acceptance, and performance testing. Led the integrations team which works on 10+ payment gateways and processors, a few CRM and marketing tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot and Concur SAP marketing cloud. Actively involved in Product Roadmap planning, product team meetings, Sprint planning, Sprint reviews, and Sprint retrospective meetings. Represent Marketing technology team in various cross-functional teams and providing product demos. Responsible for resolving issues and helping clients for Salesforce integration setup and creating sales and marketing campaigns. Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with stakeholders while mentoring and training junior analysts in best practices

 

Roles Responsibilities

 

  • Define business requirements of the marketing teams using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, and workflow analysis,

  • Support the Marketing teams with analysis, troubleshooting, and recommendations focusing on all parts of the marketing lifecycle and strategy as well as keeping track of the big picture

  • Coordinating or involvement in testing sessions for new technical developments providing a business point of view

  • Propose and drive tactical and strategic improvements in Marketing technology operations as well as leading special projects

  • Drive exploratory data analysis, helping to design experiments that are customer focussed and data-informed

  • Work to help stakeholders access and understand all relevant marketing KPIs in their reports and dashboards and evaluate the efficiency of marketing campaigns.

  • Communicate to the development team how the requirements are aligned with the business needs, goals and vision

  • Keep a constant and proactive eye out for potential improvements in analytics processes, data quality, and data sources/tools,

  • Represent the marketing technology team in various cross-functional groups.

 

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

 

Experience - 2-5 years of experience in BA in marketing tools

Qualification - Any Graduate

 

Essential

  • Experience in Business Analysis
  • Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot and Concur SAP marketing cloud
  • Experience on Agile and scrum
