The Human Resources Advisor will be a part of the US HR Service Delivery team who are the first point of contact for non-manager US based employees. HR Advisor will promote efficient and compliant delivery of standardized, straight forward inquiries and act as first level support to the requests raised in the country/region. They will receive incoming requests, respond with a high ratio of resolution and dispatch them to HR Specialists (e.g., Benefits or Payroll) as needed. This role is located in our New YOrk office on a hybrid working model. 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as first point of contact for employees for all questions that cannot be answered via the platform/ESS and advise on HR Services along the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Deliver HR operational support activities across various local HR processes alongside the employee lifecycle.
  • Execute high volume HR operational services along the employee lifecycle with a deep focus on customer service, employee experience, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a key accountant between the employee and the HR solutions portfolio with regards to key lifecycle events and personal lifecycle events.
  • Solve straight forward standardized questions and routes the answer back to the employee.
  • Route questions that need further expertise to the correct contact persons within HR and tracks the status.
  • Provide local statutory HR process expertise.
  • Support HR Specialists in achieving operational excellence.
  • Liaise with HR Managers and HR Business Partners to achieve resolution of local & global manager queries and requests
  • Work on a cross-divisional basis.

 

Experience, skills and qualifications:

  • BA/BS with 3 - 5 years of professional HR experience
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt while managing competing priorities to produce quality deliverables and meet tight deadlines
  • Adheres to strict confidentiality requirements and protection of sensitive HR data
  • Experience within a global organization and ability to interact with various departments and levels of management is a plus

Annualized Base Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000. The salary offer may vary based on work experience, education and skill level.
