We have a fantastic opportunity fo a Human Resources Generalist (m/f/d) to play a critical role in our Milan offices. The successful candidate will manage, maintain and enhance all the HR services, working in a collegiate environment. Please note that this is a part-time role (30 hrs/week).
Some key responsibilities of the role are:
• Providing a first class HR Administration support for our all employees in the region.
• Liaising with the Talent Acquisition team regarding the selection and hiring of new colleagues
• Preparing employment contracts, working agreements etc. as well as general administration for joiners and leavers
• Liaising with local authorities for relevant documents, e.g. residence/work permits/visas etc.
• Reviewing, organizing and coordinating the monthly payroll process with external service providers
• Managing the flexible comps&bens scheme by coordinating with insurance companies and benefit providers
• Creating and managing HR Policies and guidelines working alongside with HR Centres of Expertise
• Assistance with HR specific projects and any other general administrative task when required.
About your qualifications, skills and experience:
• HR administration and advisory knowledge
• Professional HR experience in a similar position within an international environment
• Independent and structured way of working
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Italian and English, other languages are a plus
• Excellent planning and coordination skills
• Experienced MS-Office knowledge
• Knowledge in handling SAP or comparable HR systems
• Knowledge of working with Payroll systems and working with local tax and social security authorities
• Able and willingness to occasionally travel
• Training gained in HR assistant or HR administrator (for tasks in the HR area)
