Procurement is a key department within the business. Procurement works closely with a range of internal departments and external suppliers to manufacture Springer Nature titles, ensuring they are readily available in our hub warehouses. Procurement’s key responsibility is to manage the purchasing of third party printing services, ensuring the smooth running of Springer Nature’s product production and delivery.

The Senior Procurement Specialist is responsible for the procurement of third party print services, ensuring our suppliers meet our agreed SLAs and that product is delivered on time and within budget.  They will be working on new publishing and backlist orders, ensuring the implementation of best practice.
