Global Mobility Specialist

London or Berlin

Purpose of the role: 

As part of the CoE Comp& Ben the role will be responsible for managing the global mobility and related topics. Advising on tax and social security and benefits topics. The role will also be responsible for all global Wellbeing initiatives.



-    Employee transfers (coordinating requests with the international HR offices, comparing personnel costs, assessing possible risks like PE risks, obtaining approvals)
-    Engaging in projects like “working abroad”, managing requests, reviewing risks, obtaining approvals, analysing requests, and keeping statistics)
-    Assignment-related tasks such as calculating costs of an assignment, informing international HR offices and employees about the impacts of an assignment, 
-    Organise/issue assignment contracts, international health insurance, certificate of coverage or support such applications
-    Liaising with tax consultancies
-    Reviewing assignment & localisation policy
-    Supporting in other topics of the CoE Comp & Ben
-    Responsible for Global Wellbeing initiatives, including supporting countries with any local wellbeing programs


•    Knowledge of double tax agreements, social security regulations, visa and work permit laws 
•    Fluency in English and ideally another European language
•    Experience in project management and structuring information
•    Experience in working with different country HR, business stakeholders and 3rd Party consultants.



•    Ability to think beyond how things have been done previously, by suggesting new/and or novel ways of doing things.
•    Problem solving attitude
•    Service mentality but also able to set and implement clear rules and standards
•    Reliable and transparent communicator also in writing
•    Teamplayer
•    Excel aficionado
•    Able to determine tax and legal situation in compliance and pragmatic way 
•    HRIS (SAP; ORACLE; WORKDAY) is a plus
