We offer young scientists an 18-month traineeship as a (lateral) entry into the world of scientific publishing. In coordination with the Publishing Director and the Executive Publishers for Business, Economics & Statistics, you will work on the publication of scientific journals:

- Management and development of scientific journals

- Cooperation with external editorial teams

- Preparation and execution of editor meetings

- Maintenance of internal databases and reporting

- Monitoring of marketing

- Author communication



- University degree and, if applicable, doctorate in economics or social sciences

- very good communication skills

- strong command of German and English, both written and spoken

- willingness to travel

- Social competence and ability to work in a team

Start:  August 1st, 2022
Time period: 18 months
Working hours: Full time

Gross EUR 2.000,-- (months 1 - 6) | EUR 2.300,-- (months 7 - 12) | EUR 2.650,-- (months 13 - 18)
