We combine data from a variety of systems to mine process flows and facilitate granular end-to-end analysis. We are an enabler for continuous improvement and process transformation monitoring.

Who you are:
You understand and are able to interpret business processes. You are as much into process and workflow analysis as you are into managing projects and working with people. You would describe yourself as a get-it-done and out-of-the-box person who appreciates the cultural diversity of a global company. - Collaborate with process owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to implement and monitor process improvements and ensure alignment with strategic goals and customer expectations
- Measuring and reporting on process performance, outcomes, and benefits, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards
- Supporting the development and maintenance of process standards, policies, and best practices, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Develop analysis best practices and blueprints that can be used across projects
- Conduct presentations and training sessions for the business users
What we expect:
- A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/ Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
- Profound experience in project management, business analysis and working with internal customers and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using Celonis EMS and other process mining, modeling, and automation tools
- Experience in data visualization
- Proactive and communicative personality with excellent time management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, and the ability to synthesize and interpret data from multiple sources
- A customer-centric and results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Excellent command (business fluency) of English and basic German skills
What we would appreciate:
- Experience with SQL, Python or similar
- Experience with BI solutions like Looker or Looker Studio
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of scientific publishing processes
