Job Title: Senior Human Resources Generalist

Reports To: Head of Human Resources, Southern Cone
About the role:
The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights that support HR strategies, decision-making, and organizational goals. This role involves data management, reporting, and collaboration with HR leaders to enhance workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze HR data, including employee demographics, turnover rates, compensation, performance metrics, and other relevant HR metrics.
- Create and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key HR performance indicators.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for senior management and HR leadership.
Workforce Planning:
- Assist in the development of workforce planning models to ensure optimal staffing levels and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Identify trends and make recommendations for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
Talent Management:
- Support the design and implementation of talent management programs, including performance management, career development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct data-driven analyses to identify areas for improvement in talent processes and programs.
Compensation and Benefits Analysis:
- Collaborate with HR and compensation teams to evaluate and benchmark compensation and benefits programs against industry standards.
- Assist in salary structure analysis and pay equity assessments.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure HR data compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as GDPR or EEOC guidelines.
- Prepare and submit HR-related government reports, surveys, and compliance documentation as required.
HR Systems and Technology:
- Manage HR data systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Recommend improvements and enhancements to HR technology solutions.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with HR partners and stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics or a related role.
- English: advanced proficiency, Spanish: basic, Portuguese: native .
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, HRIS software).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and statistical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Continuous learner, staying updated on HR trends and best practices.
