Purpose of the role:


The Project Manager is responsible for project managing the implementation of strategic initiatives supporting Springer Nature’s Research Solutions division.


Key responsibilities:

  • Work with the Head of Projects and Innovation, to drive the delivery of the strategy and objectives of the Research Solutions division through collaboration with colleagues within the SNTPS organisation.
  • Project manage and drive forward the implementation of initiatives that support the growth and success of our solutions, interfacing with colleagues across Springer Nature and Research Square Company. 
  • Monitor ongoing projects across SNTPS teams related to Research Solutions, including tracking KPIs and measures of success. Present the findings to key stakeholders regularly and in a coherent format.
  • Work to increase the visibility of the Research Solution division and our products, both internally and externally, finding ways to embed our services within the Springer Nature ecosystem.
  • Keeping up to date with developments in the Research Solutions competitor environment, analysing trends that could feed into product development.

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a relevant role, including project management experience
