About the Team:


The central Quality team with an independent reporting to the CEO works closely with all business units for all aspects related to Continuous Improvements (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizens, etc.) This team also had members in allied domains like International ISO Standards (QMS/ISMS), data privacy, business continuity, etc. The Continuous Improvement professional in this team work together to support/mentor the business unit's colleagues so as to achieve organizational as well as team goals

Job Location:                           Tower 9, Magarpatta City, Pune (Work in Hybrid Model)

Years of Experience:               10+ years

Education Qualifications:        Bachelors or master degree, preferably in Computer science, Computer/ IT engineering or a comparable degree program


Who you are:

You are a Continuous Improvement professional with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in leading and implementing global projects. You have driven large scale independent Black Belt
Six Sigma projects and lean transformation projects across geographies. You have experience and knowledge of working in a global setting across time zones. You value self-dependency and reliability as much as we do, and appreciate working in a diverse culture of a global company.


What you will do:


  • You would be responsible for executing global strategic improvement initiatives/projects that drive organizational growth, enhances workforce capability and demonstrates breakthrough & continual improvements
  • The articulate client value proposition to drive high-value outcomes for their businesses
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve the process through structured methodologies
  • Motivate and lead large cross-sections of the organization through the CI journey


What we expect:


  • Mandatory Six Sigma Black Belt and / Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team and delivering large scale improvement projects
  • A Thought leader with knowledge of latest continuous improvement practices and industry trends with strong business & financial acumen
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills


What we would appreciate:


  • Knowledge of Customer Service domain or Digital transformation domain (preferred, but not mandatory)
  • Process optimization experience
  • Impeccable reporting and management skills
