The LEAP System Coordinator is responsible for the day to day management of the learning management system, which includes: Providing direct support to users; Running reports and providing information to our stakeholders


They also serve as points of escalation for support issues, which may include interaction with LMS vendors and other vendor support services (raising cases), and working alongside instructional designers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to accessing the LMS and course content.





  • Provides first line support to all employees (users) of the LEAP system

  • Manages all system administration and configuration to maintain the learning and performance functionality in LEAP

  • Supports the Centre of expertise(CoE) to meet agreed Service level agreements

  • Provides reports and data from the LMS/PMS or enables self service access to relevant data to users.

  • Supports any other platform/content used by the CoE and maintains any integration in use (e.g. Linkedin learning, Rosetta Stone, etc)

  • Keeps up to date with both technology providers roadmaps and release schedules ensuring, systems are updated as needed and new beneficial functionality rolled out.

  • Ensures data sync between central database and other information sources works as required, and actively leads bug finding and issues diagnostics.

  • Supports the CoE People Learning Managers in the regional or local implementation of learning spaces, or customised processes.

  • Ensures efficient delivery of Learning processes and provides operational support; organises, documents and accounts all administrative events

  • Takes the responsibility for day-to-day operational excellence

  • Delivers operational L&D  tasks with a deep focus on customer service, employee experience, operational excellence and continuous improvement​

  • Acts as additional resource for the CoE Delivery & Excellence Expert in high-effort and / or high-volume activities such as learning campaigns, initiatives or other needs

  • Responsible for integration, updates, configuration of  L&D tools/content (e.g. EZ generator, LinkedIn Learning, Rosetta Stone, Lumina, etc.),




  • Background in working with learning management, performance or HR systems

  • Demonstrable experience in testing digital learning content

  • Worked within an HR or L&D environment



  • Sound working knowledge with regards to Microsoft Office Applications and/or Google office suite/apps

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 

  • Full English language proficiency

  • German language skills very beneficial




  • Educated to Bachelor’s degree or higher in related discipline or have equivalent experience
